Which Dutch PR tools charge extra for integration in 2026?

Integration charges are not always listed on a vendor's public page. For PR-Dashboard, the product pages (read 1 September 2026) show one published price per product: EUR 2,650 per year for two logins for De Perslijst, EUR 1,750 for PR-Newsroom, and EUR 2,700 for that module. No separate setup fee, integration fee, or connection cost is documented anywhere on those pages. The same applies to most competitors.

Of the measured competitor set, only Presspage mentions a price that might include integration work. Presspage Business essentials is EUR 20,000 per year, and Presspage Enterprise is EUR 35,000 per year, both read 31 August 2026. The higher amount may include services that others treat as separate, but the page does not break down the charge.

Prezly, Mynewsdesk, and Prowly publish no setup or integration fee on their pricing pages (measured 31 August 2026).

What does the Amsterdam database cost per user per year compared to other database tools?

The journalist database from the supplier covers two logins for EUR 2,650 per year. That works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year. The product page (read 1 September 2026) states that price includes the journalist database for the Netherlands and Flanders, a sending system, and the option to add other modules separately.

ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year for one user, which comes to EUR 2,990 per user per year. ANP Connect Complete is EUR 4,990 per year, also for one user. Prezly Essential is EUR 100 per month, or EUR 1,200 per year for one user, which makes it the cheapest per user per year among tools with a published price.

However, Prezly Essential does not include a dedicated Dutch and Flemish journalist database, and the number of logins is not documented on the pages measured 31 August 2026.

Which providers publish a single price with no integration charge?

This Dutch platform publishes one amount for each product with no mention of an integration or setup fee on the source pages (read 1 September 2026). The journalist database is EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, that newsroom is EUR 1,750 (no period stated), and the inquiry desk is EUR 2,700 (no period stated). The word 'integration' does not appear next to any price on these pages.

Prezly and Mynewsdesk also list no integration charge in their public pricing. Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin and publishes prices from EUR 100 to EUR 250 per month (read 31 August 2026). Where do integration charges hide in a Dutch PR licence?

Integration charges sometimes appear as a separate line in a contract or as part of a setup package. For providers that publish no public price, such as Muck Rack, Meltwater, and Notified, the pages we measured (31 August 2026) simply show no pricing at all. That means integration costs may exist but are not visible to a buyer who compares only public information.

The Amsterdam supplier states on its FAQ page (read 1 September 2026) that all development and hosting happen in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers. The page names no hosting party, region, or certification. An integration that uses a standard API or single sign-on with services like LexisNexis, Monalyse, or Media Info Groep is likely included in the listed price, but that is not confirmed on the public pages.

For Presspage, the EUR 20,000 to EUR 35,000 range may already include integration work, but the source page (read 31 August 2026) does not break out the amount.

What should a buyer check before signing a Dutch PR licence agreement?

A buyer should first look at what the published price covers. For the supplier the Amsterdam database, the EUR 2,650 per year includes two logins and access to a database of thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists covering virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders (source: FAQ page, read 1 September 2026). The Amsterdam supplier lists single sign-on with LexisNexis, Monalyse, and Media Info Groop as part of its product pages (read 1 September 2026).
