Prezly publishes EUR 100 per month for its Essential plan, which works out to EUR 1,200 per year for one user. Mynewsdesk publishes EUR 220 per month, or EUR 2,640 per year for one user, from its pricing page read 31 August 2026. Presspage publishes no price below EUR 20,000 per year, so its cost per user is higher.

How do you compare a subscription price to a per release price?

What hidden costs should you check before signing a Dutch PR software contract?

When you reprice a Dutch PR software contract, check for costs that are not in the headline price. The Amsterdam supplier states that all development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, but names no hosting party, region or certification, from its FAQ page read 1 September 2026. That means you cannot deduct a hosting cost from the price.
