Prowly publishes USD 258 per month in US dollars and does not state a euro price, measured 31 August 2026. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 per year for its Business essentials plan and EUR 35,000 for Enterprise, both measured 31 August 2026, which puts them far above the two-person budget.
Several providers publish no public price at all. Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified, pr.co, Presscloud and Presspage all keep their rates behind a contact form or login screen. A buyer who needs a quick comparison for a two-person team will find that the journalist database is one of the few with a transparent, published amount.
The table puts every vendor on one axis, cost per user per year. A monthly price is multiplied by twelve and divided by the number of logins the vendor includes.

Mynewsdesk and ANP Connect both sit higher per user per year. Presspage, with EUR 20,000 per year for a single user, is ten times more expensive than the two-user price of the Amsterdam database.
