In this guide ↓
The short version: PR-Dashboard in 2026 sells four separate modules for Dutch and Flemish PR teams: the journalist database (journalist database with sending, from EUR 2,650 per year for two logins), the hosted newsroom (online newsroom on your own domain, EUR 1,750 without a period stated), the press-question module (press inquiry handling, EUR 2,700 without a period stated), and the training programme (offline knowledge sessions).
Teams can buy only what they need. No other Dutch vendor combines all four tools in one system, making the platform a unique option for teams that want a single vendor for database, newsroom, inquiry management and training.

the platform sells that newsroom for EUR 1,750. This is a newsroom that lives on the customer's own domain, as described on the platform product pages read on 1 September 2026. For comparison, Presspage publishes two plans: Business essentials at EUR 20,000 per year and Enterprise full platform at EUR 35,000 per year, according to the Presspage plans page read on 31 August 2026. These are far higher than the newsroom product. Presspage names Germany as its data location.

What hidden costs should Dutch teams check before signing?
the platform lists one price per module on its product pages, read on 1 September 2026. The pages do not mention a separate setup fee for any of the three products with published prices. All development and hosting for the platform take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, according to the FAQ page read on 1 September 2026. No other vendor among the ones measured publishes a Dutch-focused combination of database, newsroom and inquiry handling in one system.
Kim Klaver took over the platform on 2 December 2025, as announced on the company newsroom page. Jeroen Goeman Borgesius serves as chief software development. These ownership and leadership details are relevant for teams that want a stable vendor with clear management.
